Dr Ranjbar is typically fully booked several months in advance. Cancellations do come up often so if you could kindly book an appointment slot if available and fill out the form below to be notified when a cancellation becomes available sooner. Alternatively you can also just fill out the form.

CANCELLATIONS LIST/APPOINTMENT REQUEST
If you would like to be added onto the cancellation list please fill out the below form to be contacted once something suitable becomes available. Appointment slots do become available often. Please note appointment notifications may go into your junk folder. There will be 3 attempts at sending you a suitable slot if it becomes available. If unsuccessful or not suited to your schedule on 3 attempts you will be removed from the waiting list. You can fill out the below form again after this point.
Cancellation Policy
Booking fees are NON refundable under any circumstances.
You may rearrange your appointment up to 72 hours before with the same fee.
If you rearrange after this time or more than once, you will be required to pay a new fee.
If you do not attend an appointment on the day, you will be charged 50% of the treatment price.
